Hello everybody, I'm new to the site and look forward to some rides.
I'm obviously way behind but I'm wondering if somebody could sum up the trip for me so I don't have to go through 10 pages :-)
Is the trip wife friendly or we just hanging with the guys?
How do I get an adress of the meet up?
What's the deal for lodging?
Or should I go read through the 10 pages?

The assembly site (meet up) for this ride is really simple: south of Carson City on US 395, in the Minden area, is a well marked, east west road called Johnson Lane. Go east about 4 miles and the pavement will end. That is the assembly area!
Lodging is available in several casinos/hotels in Carson City. I personally hate hotels, and love my trailer. My wife and the dog and I will be camping right at the end of Johnson Lane at the assembly area. It's all BLM, so totally legal and acceptable. This will be about our 4th or 5th time there.
Leo and I started this ride many years ago, and one of the best parts is the BBQ/potluck at Neal and Debbie's house. They live about 5 minutes from the assembly area, and you can drive your sXs from "camp" right to their house!

Damn! I'm in Shingle Springs and won't be back home until Saturday, otherwise I'd join you. Installed the Bandit shocks. Big difference.
