Do you carry protection out riding ?

Yes we do. I have a pistol with me all the time. Full magazine but leave it unchambered. It just makes me feel better not having one in the chamber with all of the bouncing around that we do, not that I think it would discharge on its own.

We've been thinking about it for a few months...... After coming across a 6'+ brown bear that stood up in front of me wile riding..... my wife and I will be taking the class to get our CCW. Then I will carry a Kimber .45 & she will have her HK 9mm. Mainly to scare the animals away!! Not looking to kill a big ass bear, field dress it, and haul it back home on the RZR....

I have never heard of a Bear killing any-one in Commifornia

Never have really worried about the need of protection from Critters

Only places I feel and have protection is while in places such as Oakland, Richmond, Frisco, and the likes

Its not a bad idea to always have protection "Just in Case"

Beside all that I feel that we undermine our Constitution and right to protect our-self and family

By having to jump all these silly-ass State Gun control laws

I would much rather be tried by 12 than to be carried by 6

If not packing on my person, then anything within reason would be fine.
