Is the Fenders ferry ride start from the north end at the end of Gilman rd or off 299 at Montgomery Creek?

Alan the closest RV park would be in Redding which is about 35 miles from where we stage . The is a large dirt area where we stage that some people have camped in when we went on rides from there !!

It is going to start from the Montgomery Creek end !!

How far up Fenders Ferry rd is the staging area. I was always on my Dual sport and never needed a staging area. So, I’m not aware of where the staging area is located. Thanks and apologize for my ignorance.

We stage by the east side of the Pit 7 bridge . To get there you go East on 299 to Fenders Ferry road and it's about 7 miles out on Fenders Ferry road !!
