Ben, Suggestion: Since you have easy access now, make a support bracket from one of the extended valve cover bolts (zinc platted hex ones) to the throttle body. I need to do on mine, I saw Milos did. The throttle body moves around quite a bit. I think I was told there was some OEM bracket but it went to chassis or something, not sure.

Pace off-road wiring harness just showed up..
This is not a modified stock harness it is built from scratch with all the factory Polaris connectors on it and Arctic Cat Z1 electrical connectors on it.
Any part of the harness that is Polaris is all color coded to stock specifications as well as the Z1
Most people just graft the stock Polaris harness to the stock Z1 harness and it works, don't get me wrong but that wasn't for me.

This harness also is pre-wired that accept the UTV Inc switches for light bar tail light whip interior light CVT fan an oil cooler if it has a fan on it or radio.
Pace off-road thought of everything when they built this harness, it is strictly plug-and-play no modifying anything just take the old one out lay the new one in its place.
Now I know all about the substandard charging system that the Z1 engine has and the multiple fixes people tried, I'm going to try something nobody thought of and I'll see how it turns out.
