we never made it to this that day we were riding outside Austin but we were only a mile or two from it. so I can't tell you what it looks like for getting trailers in there! looks doable from Google earth.. but this is a hike by car but considered it as a days ride proximity to the Ghost town Belmont.
I'm in for making it to Belmont. Dry camping is no big deal either.

lol well the Austin baptist church rv park may look a little primitive but the trail head is right out the back door... it has full hook ups and near town.
I'm out for cold springs but I'm not opposed to the Austin idea.
