How do u know that the trans bearings are going out? I just rolled over 3,200 miles on my 4-seat Turbo and I'm starting to hear a light buzzing/knocking sound at 2,800rpms or less. It will do it driving or sitting still in park or neutral.

You don't know...
They just blow out the side of the case when it decides to let go.
In your case if you get a tempescope place it up to the case where those bearings are and have somebody rev it up to 2800 and listen if it's coming from that general area that's all I can suggest.
With all the failures that I have seen, for me it's a no-brainer that would be the first mod I would do when buying a Polaris.

Mine blew out at 1600 miles. I have 3 holes in the case. First ride of a week long trip in Glamis
