That sucks
Hear of this a-lot with 800 RZR
have heard Jason at Hawk has-em
other than that may-be E-Bay
Have heard even if you get new one have to take off pinion nut and tork to 250-300 pound and use 277 locktit
Mine has all steel nut newer ones have nylon lock-nut when it gets hot, nylon melts and nut spins off and ruins rear-end
Thats why newer ones need to be taken apart and put back=together with locktight #277

On the rzr forum there is a ton of threads, posts that have this same problem
If I would have researched all the problems Polaris has with there shit I never would have bought one
Glad I did not research- em, cause the flip side of the coin is all the awesome, great, kind, cool, nice folks
I have meant though the years>>> never would have happen
The pros outweighed the cons by a way-long shot
Here is a pinion Linky>>> http://www.rzrforums.net/rzr-s-speci...shaft-nut.html
