There are some that are camping out at Johnson Lane and some chose to stay in hotel. There will be a ride on Saturday the 9th at Johnson Lane and another ride on Sunday in Virginia city on the 10th

At the end of the pavement on the east end of Johnson Lane is the access to the BLM land that we wool be riding on.

now what is a good hotel to stay at that is not going to cost a arm and leg

Try the Days inn on the north side of Carson. I think wash repair stayed there on our last trip.

Just a heads up my wife is a bowler and there's a bowling tournament in Virginia city all of all of April and into June so if your going find a hotel room you need to start looking now this is a large tournament they will book rooms from Reno to Carson city.
Start looking for a room.
