    Typical area where the cases leak, just about every car I've pulled apart leak in this same area it's where team industries put very little sealant my guess is by the time your warranty is up that gives Polaris something to charge you for

    I think they use blind guy to put sealant on surface. LOL when I did my 1000 the sealant was completely missing on bottom....

    Here's a little tech tip for you guys.
    I've noticed on the output shaft for the secondary clutch on the transmission that rust builds up, I'll take either Scotch Brite pad or some emery cloth clean it up really nice then take a thin coat of anti seize on the inside of the secondary clutch and slide it over the shaft

    Thanks for the information Ben , just wondering if there was any difference . I did my 900 before it blew , i guess it's time to do the 1000 . So they have the same bearings ?
