    Colorado OHV Legislation

    Don't know if anyone has been following what the Colorado 2015 Off-Highway Vehicle Interim Committee has been doing. But they have two draft bills aimed at licensing and allowing OHV's on roads with speed limits less then 45 mph, one down side is that counties and municipalities can choose to adopt the law or not. The committee has a meeting schedule for Oct. 23, 2015 to finalize the draft bills and present them for legislation.

    That is great to hear...some of the city's in Oregon have adopted laws allowing OHV on streets..hopefully some of the counties will and that will give us more leverage with the state

    Yeah, one such town is Lakeview, Or....what's ironic is that's where the multi-state Wounded Warriors ride a few years ago got halted because of driving on the road....LMAO
