all new eng.... forged everything like it should of been. larger water pump..closed deck... larger bottom end...larger stator almost 700 amps.... as to the clutch it is sevrall inches in diamiter bigger and might just be too big to fit if the mounting dimensions are the same 925 cc intake ex fuel sys all diff. now has a return line for fuel. and then you get into the new frame, 5 piston front brakes.(no ebs) 4 piston rear...all new trans gear reverse bigger bearings...flanged drive shaft thats also been changed...larger axles just about every part has been way upgraded....so have to see how it holds up...let them back east boys get a few and see if the tear them up.

Everything there sounds like nice, logical upgrades to me...is your guess a shorter stroke, smaller bore, or both from the 1K? If the primary is larger and weighs a bit more like you mention, I would guess the stroke is a bit shorter.

wouldnt take much i keep forgetting to look at the eng specs but id say for sure a shorter stroke n bore,,, so might rev quicker the one eng vid says all new nothing from 900 or 1000 but who realy knows.... to me this is the first rzr that polaris has made that has impressed me. the 900 n 1000 have just been to undersized to me. time well tell if it works or not but the price is just crazy id bet they dont cost over 7k to manufacture even at 10 k thats over 125% proffit or more

    They got the word some-how

That is why they change every-thing with this new rig
