    Belt Temp Gauge

You guys have got to check out this new product from Razorback Technology. I am so excited that someone actually created a real time infrared belt temp gauge. Mine is on the way. Will have it installed before UTV Invasion. The below link is some serious informative information!

Just hit you up on the other one Don.....I gotta check this out on your machine, hope you get it in time. The bar has just been raised to monitor CVT belts with this!

Some of the people with the XP1000 have been monitoring the belt temp but I have not and so far no problems. I think its the people that ride in the sand that are having most of the problems .

Yes, I believe you are correct that sand is a big factor. I got my gauge installed yesterday. Pretty cool to see a digital "real-time" readout of the actual temp.20150622_163348.jpg20150622_134057.jpg

Just wanted to share that this gauge works awesome. Here is a video of it in action I posted on youtube. A few sun glares, and the usual video flicker caused by the camera, but it give you an idea. This was recorded this year at Dunefest climbing Banshee hill.
