Barb, I think if I had to pick a single favorite riding area, it would be Johnson Lane. The camping area is nice and big, (far enough in to not get the noise of the staging area, but only 5 minutes from the pavement) and every riding option (trails, rock crawling in El Dorado Canyon, faster desert roads, and even a short stretch of sand!) in a 65 mile loop.

We went up to the upper level..I/we prefer not to be that off camber..
We would of wiped our bed out..
Lower parking lot is doable

There might be another one , Jeff goes out there all the time, there’s also a Virginia City ride ones or twice a year, if I have and open weekend I’m up for JL.

Yes I was bummed didnt get to make it out there on the last ride. But looks like alot of fun and some good riding.
