    Polaris Transmission Modification

I'm sure allot of people here have experienced or saw a Polaris Transmission bearing fail including mine. I've changed all the bearings to higher quality but this is new to me. Check this out and tell me what you think.

This guy that came up with this said he changed all his bearing to quality bearing and it failed again.

Yeah I know he told me that, but we think with Ben that he don't cleaned the trany very good after the bearing failed for first time. There is a big pocket where pinion gears for front wheel drive are and could have debris from failed bearings left there. Because he is only one I ever heard to having a problem with trany after changing bearings.....

Yes very possible. I've always said once the bearing comes apart in there the tranny is junk.
