    Indian Valley Reservoir

I typically ride from Indian valley reservoir south end, all the way around the lake and to Clearlake and back. I need to explore new places

Do you park right off HWY 20? I've only been there twice on my Dual Sport bike, but looks fun for SXS too, I've heard that you can go all the way to Stonyford from there.

many places to camp and get in. main entrance that i know off is off hwy 20, walker ridge road.
theres a staging area right by the entrance. if you go in, you can go left and get to the damn, lots of camping areas there, all dirt roads, takes about half an hour, if you go right, you go around and end up in the north side of the reservoir. full.jpg

went last weekend, it was hot as F#$%

lol yeah that's where we parked, last time I was there it was way muddy, went to the dam , across the spillway, and road around the west side of the lake, was fun, but don't know if crossing the spillway is really legal lol.

we used to cross it too to get to the west side. it is now uncrossable, there is so much water the dam is actualy operational again. that spillway is full of water.
