LBR and I are are skipping Dumont, since we are going to Vegas after Dove Springs...
On our way to Dove Springs we are taking a short detour out of Barstow to Tonka Town.

We are leaning towards Dove springs. Leave Thurs 15th after work drive straight through. Will yall still be riding our getting ready for the trip home.

Barb's boss is arriving for a site visit on Friday. So we will have to change from Quartzite to either Dumont or Dove springs which place is better?

Just leave Barb at home and bring Debbie !! LOL

On the Google Earth they call it "Horse Canyon" off HWY14 !!

How far in on Horse Canyon do you guys set up camp?

Bob and I plan on getting there on Saturday the 10th, from google earth looks like some big camping areas not to far in.

Not to far off the the hwy there is a large area on the left side . If you look at Google Earth there is a group of people camped there . I think it's only about 1/8 mile in if that or any place you think is good !!
