Having to dry camp is not a deal breaker for me. As long as this ride isn't cancelled you can count me in!

After the way those people treated you guys, I'm not sure that I want to stay there anymore. I'm thinking maybe just joining the rest of the crazies at sand mountain the week after.

I called out to coldsprings several times and gave them a cc # months ago.. they have me down for a spot but I can't have it...
The manager said it's $10 per night to dry camp $7.50 for dump and for 50 gals of water it's $10 but based on how much you need? Personally I don't think there over booking is on us and some of this nickel dime stuff should be comped under the circumstance... but I don't think they want our business it's just that simple!

So you thinking of going like 19-22nd, or 26-29th? At sand mt, I'm up for whatever all you guys want to do, I agree with Jeff why give those guys any business if they just say, got more important people coming than you guys. I'm up for whatever you guys might figure out, I just what to ride.

Dry camping is not a deal breaker for me either, as long as it isn't too hot! I tend to agree with Jeff about the way they treated you guys, but I think I've seen enough of Sand Mountain.

Any of that sounds good to me, we still have some time to figure it out, I just got to know what days to take off work, already have 12&13 off, desert would be nice, a lot more trails to ride than the Sierra's.
