mike, try calling the mfg of the fuel pump, Kole had his pump lock up and they sent him a repair kit free and his is trailer is a 10'. The ethanol damages some parts and they have upgraded them. Worth a try..

The gears swell up , take them out and sand them , did it to mine about 2 years ago and still working

Sand Mountain Trails Oct 7th-11th / Cold Springs Station Oct 12th-15th
Planning a group ride this Oct. '17 at Sand Mountain trails around that area from the 7th until the 11th. We will be dry camping at Sand Mountain.
Then head to Cold Springs Station the 12th to 15th finish out there. We will be staying at the RV Park at Cold Springs Station.
