Sand Mountain EASTER 4/13-4/17

If you plan on going to sand mountain on any of the big weekends you might as well get the annual when you go out cause it will cover you for Memorial Day Labor Day halloween and New Years until you buy another one he following year for Easter again. I bought the week one for Halloween and would have been better to spend the extra money and not have to worry about paying again for the whole year. Just my thoughts on it I will be out there from wendsday to Saturday morning.

Does anybody have any certain day rides set up or ?
Trying to set it up so we can come over and meet and go along on some rides.
Have been to SM several times, never been on any rides around the area.
By the pictures looks like a lot of fun...

Where about is everybody planing to set up camp... Will be arriving early on Thursday... can only stay n ride Thursday n Friday...

-Wednesday @ 9:30am heading to Middlegate Bar & Grill for lunch. 90+ mile ride
-Thursday @ 9:30am heading out the back side of the mountain and exploring past the mines. We will stop a some of the mines 110+ mile ride
-Friday @ 9:30am headed to Cold Springs Bar & Grill 115+ mile ride
-Saturday @ 9:30am heading to the Rock formation, then onto the Ghost Town/ old mine.
-Sunday after group Potluck heading out on the sand or desert exploring depending who is left.
-Monday play around in the sand till we leave
**Every day after we get back from desert rides we will go on some good Dune rides**

We will try and get the 1st spot on the fence line about 30 yards off the road in. Will post pics of our spot as soon as we get there Tuesday and set up.

Thanks for itinerary , hopefully I80 will be NO chain requirements coming over the hill Thursday.
Keep checking weather.com and it seems to change daily ...

Of coarse as I'm typing this its raining outside like a cow pissing on a flat rock with wind gusts ... lol
