    Who all runs intercoms? Pros and cons of them?

    Pros.. It's nice and quiet. Cons ... You can't hear your machine when you got something going on with it

    Pros its quiet and keeps your ears warm . I think sometimes I hear more noises with them then with out . Cons you can ignore your wife ! LOL

    We run with helmets..rugged radios, intercom and we blu tooth hard metal music... I can honestly tell you if I hear something odd with my machine I know it...even with the helmet on..

    Lol we do the same, but if I here something odd I just turn up the volume.

    Awesome thank you everyone! I was thinking of not being able to hear if something is wrong with my rzr but I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out. I went with a rugged radio intercom and headsets but will be getting hamlet kits for winter riding

    Scott, Rugged Radios makes a cool mount that puts it in the dash where the phone box is. Really sturdy and easy to install
    And I mounted the headset jacks on the crossbar between the seats

    I'm still using my handheld for the radio right now until I get more funds, when I got the handheld I bought the car2car so it came with all the cords to work with an intercom but once I get in the car radio I think I'll go for that mount, looks nice and stock in there.
    Did you have to buy that Jack plug hook or did it come with your intercom?
