Good stuff Ben. What were the results of the dyno on the YXZ? Just curious.

181.3 hp @ 7lbs boost, these engines make a lot more horsepower with less boost then twin cylinder engines, the only thing I can contribute it to is one extra cylinder and for more valves..

A turbo for my 900 xp is on my list just don't know when I can do it
Fantastic starting numbers Ben!
Besides that HP number being at such low boost citing the extra cylinder and valves, the thought of less drivetrain frictions vs belt CVT friction on the chassis dyno is HUGE. If the YXZ drivetrain loss was only 8% less than a common CVT, holy crap... that's the equivalent to 197 HP belted.....after seeing this and talking to our local dealer, the YXZ is really stirring my interest.
If these things hold together long term, a spooled YXZ with a 4" lift and portal reduction setup plus 30"+ tires could end up in our family. That would give it extra lift and a couple thousand RPMs while reducing the too high of first gear in crawling over most other SxSs.
They have an awesome gear set you can do to the transmission. There are 3 different levels of work and it also improves lubrication. Did you see how well Jason Weller did with it in KOH?
Those are awesome numbers Ben and nice looking kit and installation!
