Try the Days inn on the north side of Carson. I think wash repair stayed there on our last trip.

Just because we stayed there last trip, don't take that as an endorsement. It had a clean bed, shower, TV and the price was right but I might upgrade next trip.

If you continue south on Hwy 395 for about a mile and a half there's a Basque restaurant called JT Bar on the right side of the road just past Sharkey's Casino. They make a darn good Picon and the food is outstanding. You won't be disappointed.

well fellas im bummed I wont be able to make it this year. I have a state exam on the 10th, but hopefully there will be more rides up there because my schedule opens up after that. plus I was just put on grave shift for the next year and I have a feeling im going to burn a lot of my 400 hrs of vacation. Im going to talk with the girlfriend and look at the cinco de mayo ride.....Now if everyone stopped flushing their toilets after 3pm I might be able to get off this damn shift J/k Id be out of a job....
