Hey Bro
No More Blue Smoke When You are Behind Me
Up-Date:
It took over 250 Miles for the rings to seat in. Have 450 miles on it now have not used any Oil
Once it was broken in, had more power and ran Way-Good
Thanks Ed and Steve
Kinda miss her not being in the city with me to work on her
She will be in Mccloud all year now and we will be hitting the Volcano many times
Just checked oil in it today
She used no oil for my 60 mile Iron-Gate ride
and rode the Volcano as well for 80 miles
Change my air intake system for the 3rd and last time I hope
These engine would last for-ever if not for all the fine-Dust they suck into-em
Dis-like having to rebuild-em every 7 years
...
Got her all put back together
What a piece of cake these lawn-mower engines are
No More 35 hp she now has about 55 hp
Took about 3 hour >>>To Easy
Don't Really know nothing Steve
She just smells rich
Any-way got head work done
All the stuff is here
Just gotta put her back together
Just wondering while I wait for parts
Why is exhaust valve getting so hot to burn-em?
I know she ain't running lean to get-em hot at 12 mpg
The only thing I can figure is my s- exhaust has...
May cost less just to get another used complete head
Any-way what years of cylinder head will work? 08 to 10? or 08 to 14?
They all look the same
How wide should it be?
So looks like will replace both exits valves and intake valve seals
So now my Total cost is now up to $310.00
Hope I do not find any-thing else to spend my hard earned money on
The Valve seat where the cooked Valve was is in way-good shape

To Easy
About 1 hr to take apart
Enjoy my very entertaining Video
Sang a song in it, to make it not so Boring
I decided not to cheap-out, but I am doing all the work my-self, so guess I am cheapening-out
Ordered new jug, pistons, seals, rings, gaskets, from cheapcycleparts for 700 buxs
prolly get in...
Yep for certain i am forced to finally tear it apart, used over a quart for our 103 mile shasta to trinity ride
She has gone seven easy years with-out a lick of trouble, so that ain't to shabby
...
Way-Good stuff Cat8 Thank You
I am going to try and get another mile outa her, before I tear into her
Hoping to make it to winter, riding season right now, Riding season all the time in Mccloud
First 3-4 years i had her put about 9-10 on her, last 3 year put only 2 on her
Been burning way to much oil the last thousand or so
The only way she held up this long, is I drive her slow and...
I heard that only the intake valves have seals? Is this true?
who has em?
Guess all I need is valve spring compresser to replace-em
Its a buck85 with throttle wide open
Cranked it a few times
Thinking you are right just the head need re-working
Thanks again Bro
Compression is still way-good
Thank You Cat8

Who do I send head to rebuild it?
I know you guy's know the right stuff about rzr 800
