the guides are most likely worn too... pull the valve cover off and remove the rockers grab the spring retainer and see if you can move it side to side that will be a good clue if guides are...

whats your at leo i belive 08 is 190 psi yours might just be the head.... any motorcycle shop and some car mach shop should be able to do it call nate at alba performance he does it
