I am in the process of building a tool bag for my XPT. On top of the tool bag we also carry a spare tire, jack and lug wrench. Changing a flat is much easier than plugging a tire IMO.

Why not buy the mount that takes over the middle box under the speedo? Thats where i put my Rugged 660 and 50watt and i love it. Found here...
