I made my own mounting brackets for the pumper. $12 in parts and about an hour worth of work....
Looks good Mike. Did you wire yours through a switch on the dash or just use the variable controller to turn it off and on?

Check out RZRWorks. They have some pretty cool options. If my rzr was a little newer then they sell a low range only reduction that leaves your high range alone.

Looks like a few of us had the same ideas. Now that my front is done, the rears will be next.

That's the plan. [emoji3]

Installed new high clearance A-arms. I used my $250 Polaris coupon towards buying these. They are actually built much better than the stock ones. You can see on the before picture that I already...

I finally got my tablet and all the stuff I needed to install it. I used a Samsung Galaxy tab 4 and a Griffin survivor case. I bought a slip grip mount that is designed to bolt to a flat surface and...
Looks like brand new. I haven't had the time to do that. I did drive mine through the car wash on my way home so at least the mud is off it.

Finally got my wheels installed this weekend. I measured them right at 29" with the weight of the rzr on them. Now I just need to test them out. They were smooth and quiet on my road. I thought it...
Thanks Mike. I usually ran my bighorns at 10 psi. It makes sense that I will end up running less with these tires since they have a thicker sidewall.
No. Probably around 10 lbs but I don't know for sure yet. I will have to use them some and see what I like. 15 lbs is just how they were shipped to me.

My tires and wheels showed up today. I measured them at 29 7/8" with 15 psi. I am really happy with that. I will measure them again once they are mounted....
Looks really nice. One day I would like to get that skidplate for mine. That tire looks pretty nice. It won't look that nice after the Rubicon. LOL
A few people on the rzr forum measured them at 29 1/2". I guess I will see on Thursday. That's when they are supposed to be here.

I have heard really good things about them. They are supposed to be pretty tough and they are an 8 ply tire. I guess a bunch of guys used them at koh this year.

When your wife says, "I think you should get new tires before we go on the Rubicon" you don't waste any time. It was all her idea. I have an awesome wife. I drove myself crazy trying to figure out...
Finished my Polaris retractable harness bar and installed it....
Started making brackets for my harness bar....
Jeff, is your windshield glass or plastic? I can't remember
Jeff, did you see that they make a spare tire mount that goes right on top of the lid of the box? I think it comes with heavier struts and it just lifts up with the lid. They are a great company to...
Ok thanks for the heads up

Ok. What is the reason for this?
