Muffler Mod

Simple Mod to remove Cat from 2016 1K Muffler can.

Looks like a fairly easy thing to do . What is the advantage to removing it ?

Removes a big exhaust restriction. Baffles are pretty free flowing & minimal.

I’ve seen that mod done through the pipe hole, using a long drill bit. My question is do you have to do anything to the computer or add anything other mods to get it’s advantages.
