spring Valley Mountain OHV area

Has anyone been to the Spring Valley Mountain OHV area
near Butte Meadows?

Never been there, however would you stay off of 36 or 89.
Might been a place, we would visit on our way back to Oregon sometime.

I led a ride in there a few years back. It's pretty cool up there, but not a great place to stage/camp with an RV without driving some serious one lane twisty roads. We parked at the Jonesville sno park and worked our way in from the north.

Except for getting separated! We did cover some ground though.....

We should do it again sometime in September or October

For sure when it cools off and maybe after a little rain?

It would be fun to go again but I wouldn't be able to gotil mid Oct !

So true we're never happy but we don't need rain for a couple of months !! It's lake time now !!
