How to post videos???

What is the proper way to post videos to a thread?

in the reply at the top you see 7 boxes the last one has 6 choises click the one that looks like a film strip then copy the link from the site your video is hosted on..ie u-tube or viemo and paste it in the box that pops up then click ok.
