I would like to check out Walker River next year, I would assume Spring or Fall would be best.
We made it out twice last year, 4th of July and it was too hot the main power breaker blew from everyone running A/C. Second trip out was awesome, we went Halloween weekend! Perfect temps, and they do a done of cool things, trailer decorating, chili cook off, skeet shoot, tric or treating. It was so much fun that we booked again for next year.
Seven Mile Canyon , Virgina city , NV
Cisco Grove Campground
Full hookups. Store
Keep them coming! At the risk of sounding needy, can we add if it dry or hook ups?
The Wife and I tried out cow mountain today in Ukiah. What a great place! Fast fire roads, technical trails, etc. we even met four other rzr owners from Santa Rosa. All in all it was an epic day!

For sure.
Did you have ride in or out camping?
Its only an hour from me. I just day trip.
There is some dry camping. No real room for big toy haulers though.
Cold Springs Station, NV has full hook-ups, a restaurant and really neat bar.
Sunrise Valley RV Park in Mina, NV has full hook-ups with WiFi and thousands of miles of trails. Lots of ghost towns to explore with maps available from the host.
Virginia City has RV park with full hookups, the larger rigs won't fit however
