Each time I have mount my tires on beadlocks the tire sat down on the lip !! What is the problem ?, Is the tire to large and falls off the lip or to small to fit on the lip ?

The bead sits in that litle step down area and when I get all the way around to just 3 bolt hole are left to force the bead over it pops up somewhere else.
I have it set on a bucket with my knees holding the tire in place so it wont pop up somewhere and I just cant force it over and into that lip/groove area.
have gloves on cuse the tire is so damn slick with lube you cant hold it bare handed. will get some beter pics tonight when I try again
Got cha, I haven't had that problem before. Have you tried putting in a few of the bolts with flat washers to hold the opposite side down until you get the last side over the step down?

Thanks Ben, I'm really happy with the box. When I took it out of the box that it came in, it looked too big to fit. It installs in minutes and is very sturdy and light.

Jeff, did you see that they make a spare tire mount that goes right on top of the lid of the box? I think it comes with heavier struts and it just lifts up with the lid. They are a great company to deal with. I was one of the first ones to buy their lower doors. I recommend them to everybody that asks. In fact, they make a harness bar specifically for the polaris 6 point belts in the 4 seater. But it was about $450 and I wanted to make my own. I asked them about selling me just the mounting tabs for the retractors. They are going to make me 4 tabs and ship them to me. I didn't know if they would be willing to do it because they could have just said, buy our harness bar instead. Great guys.
Got the intrusion bars installed today. Pulling the cage this week grind off all excess tabs, finish running the fish wire through it and off the powder coater.
Shocks and suspension installed. Almost Done and ready for Sale. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...d3eb76cb1e.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...850a08be19.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...0c1df32c8e.jpg
I had my shocks serviced too and found out the Nitrogen bleeds down. All 4 shocks were around 60-65psi. Should be 120psi.

Looking good !!
Neil, I was looking at Russell's today and that's how he has his setup, sweet setup, I like it. Makes it a lot easier to get into the box and cuts down on the excess weight that the spare tire mount adds. When I bought my box, I was concerned about the excess weight on the box, but after I got the box, I could see how solidly it was built. I'm going to put on an aftermarket cage soon and I'm going to change it then
