Nope they delivered a motor a few years back to my buddy and they dropped it some time along the way and broke the case. So we now have learned to use FedEx for motors. Lol the hardway as UPS would not cover it.

Nope I doubt they ever figured it out. We heard from other guys about similar shit so they all do the motors with FedEx
