Going to be interesting to see the engine builders add turbos and big bore to-em
For Certain they will get some crazy-ass power outa a 3 banger
Dealer call and said , yes you get the first one that comes into the shop, but they don't expect it till Oct 10 - 15. And it will be yellow, Blue or orange not till 1st Week of December. So yellow for sure, and I have to wait another month. [emoji19][emoji108]

Sand Mountain. Halloween
Seeing as nobody has one yet that we can check out and have not heard of anyone taking deliver and writing a review., I think I'll hang on and see what shakes out. I know Yamaha makes some great product but this thing is a 1 off design. Looks great but I want to wait and see. My rig that I have gets me around jut fine.

^^^ you guys have a sweet rzr I wouldn't trade it
I got my deposit down and can't what to get it . There coming out just in time for sand season .
I won't one but I'm going to wait and see how they are in the real world. I have a turbo xp1000 now and don't want to sell it if the Yamaha isn't any better .
From the videos that I have seen this is going to be one sweet ride!
What is the date they expected to be delivered to the general public ?
In all the videos I have seen from a dead stop they seem to bog .
I could get one of the yellow ones and not have to change my name ! LOL NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm going down today to fill out all the paperwork, said it could be here in about a week.

Well guys I have been researching this new Yamaha, everything looked pretty good, but today I read that the Yamaha engineers are saying even with a Rekluse this machine is not intended for hills, trails, or even light duty rock crawling??? And is only intended for open desert racing and dunes.
With this new info I think I'm going to hold off for a while, pull my deposit, I really like the it looks, and the stuff it comes with , but I don't want to just race everywhere either. Pretty disappointed right now, I just don't want to get the first one and be bummed that it won't comfortable Cruze though the wood, and go fast though the open sections. [emoji17]

Sorry Mike....I almost as disappointed as you...bummer....and Yamaha definitely would not want a low range in it either....CRAP!
From what I understand is there coming out with a off road model sometime next year? But I can't wait that long. Yeah defiantly bummed.

Well there goes a-lot of Sales
That really Sucks Mike
Really had me going
If you can-Not Cruise it, I Do-Not Want on Either
Well may-be Next year....Who Knows!!!
Come to think of it It
All the True 4x4s I have owned
Always had a high and low range
WTF was Yamaha Thinking?
Time for the Turbo Maverick Mike..:)
From what the engineers where saying at the Heyday ride event last weekend, was this is the race model, and the off road model won't be till probably this time next year ? I don't know what I want to get now, I guess just wait awhile see what happens, I miss going out and riding.

It's a good thing you really do your homework, Mike! Better to be disappointed now than when it is sitting in your garage. But I completely agree with you that variety in riding is important. If I had to choose just one kind of riding.......... I don't think I could!
I like the blue also...
Good info Mike
I am like you do-not know what to get now
But it does have me thinking
"You know at 25 grand a pop thats a-lotta doe
If about 10 of us had the time to get together and fab our own from the ground up
We would have a far better machine I believe
Wish we had the time to build a far better machine
