Guess I'm too late to the party unless I want to tent camp. I tried making my reservation today and they are sold out. So if anyone needs to cancel please let me know before you do, I will probably buy your reservation from you.

I don't know the name of it but there is a RV park just down the street because last time 2 people stayed there !!

I looked at that one already, webpage says its "closed due to unforeseen circumstances", with no further information.

I've tried sending emails and calling that Paradise Shores as well, shoot I can just boon-dock it if they have a place I can park.

Across the street from the campground is pretty much open desert, I don't know what the camping laws are though.

Yeah, I was thinking about that too. Hard to tell on Google maps what is open and what isn't though. Long drive to find out the hard way.

I got an email back from Veronika, only a few spots left for short trailers. Also did a little more research on the camp spot right down the street (Bridgeport Marina campground), it appears the owner passed away a couple weeks ago and there is no one else to run it.

I'm sorry you didn't get something but you never know there might be a cancelation by then....
I have seen haulers occasionally parked off masonic rd about half way to the mine on the left. It would be primitive. There is also twin lakes campground in town..great place would have to trailer in or maybe call me and ill pick it up the night before with my deck.

Surely, someone in the group will have a trailer (not a toy hauler) that we could use to transport all the SxS's to Paradise Shores where most of us will be camping. Then the folks that have to stay in town can just leave their "cars" with us and commute from one RV Park to the other each morning in one of their trucks. I'll be happy to volunteer my truck to help with moving anybody's UTV over to Paradise, if that helps.

And by the way Alan, I'm really looking forward to the rides with you leading, and happy to hear how well you're doing!
