BF Goodrich introduced a new UTV tire, the Baja T/A KR2 UTV, at the Baja 500. So far it looks like just one size available 30×9.5×15. This is awesome news. It will be interesting to see how much they weigh compared to the KM2s.

Only feedback I've gotten is the tread is thin compared to the truck version like I run.

Really nice looking tire. I'm also interested to see if they're as durable as the LT's.

From what I have been told they are great for trails , rock & and the desert but no good in mud or sand .

I'm guessing they sacrificed a lot to make them light weight. With that said the LT tires are over kill as far as strength and durability go. Mine still look new...

Mud is a whole different ball game entirely. These are desert tires

Just like my Motto Crawlers !! They are great for trails etc , but suck in the sand and would think in the mud and snow also !!

Same with the used trail tires I bought from cbooth....the stiff sidewalls just don't flex enough for sand riding...Ive had them down to 4 lbs and they still won't float near like a Bighorn 2.0 at 6-7 lbs.

They will have to be very, very good to justify almost $100 apiece more than the Tensors.

Same as the Kanati's, they work great in the Desert and not too bad in the mud but in the sand, they are like pizza cutters.
