Question: I have a 2011 Fuzion toy hauler trailer with a slight fiberglass bulge in the front panel. There doesn't appear to be any water damage, and had no exposure to extreme weather. It almost looks like a "de-lamination" from the plywood. Does that make sense? Is this an issue or can it be repaired? Here's a picture, look to be getting worse. 967

So far I just leave it alone, it doesn't leak inside.

What JC said. I've had friends with the same issue. One was replaced under warranty and the other left it that way. No water intrusion in either one.
Supposedly it's the sun that causes it. Metal moves with the changes in temperature.

Yeah that sounds right , front takes the sun all day, I have to store it, cause I have no RV access , thinking of moving next year to a place with RV parking.

Mine is in the sun also but I can't cover it because I have solar to keep the batteries up.
