Shifting gears is way over rated in a sxs, guys think it would be cool to drive like a sand car well I had a sxs with 300 hp and 6 speed tranny.
When you are out dunning and trust me we dune hard the only time its kind of fun is places like glamis or dumot where its wide open and you don't have to worry about small drops and witch eyes. In the desert where its wide open mite be ok but trail riding and dunes like Oregon it sucks bad

The design schematics show a third pedal in the cockpit. It may be for clutching to stopping and starting.....or an oversized dimmer switch...lol...also seen is a shifter between the seats as well.

That's what my 2010 BMW M3 had. 450hp V8 dual clutch 7 speed paddle shift or manual override with free rev launch control!!
In M mode it shifted so hard it would chirp the tires in 3rd easily :)

The third petal may be a parking brake, I would think it's going to be a 5speed auto, with manual paddle shifting, something like Honda has, if it does have a clutch going to be kind of hard going up some of the rock crawling trails we go on.

Lovin it!....rumors I'm hearing is the 112 is engine, but speculation on less loss thru it's tranny compared to a CVT puts RWHP a few above the N/A XP and a few below the turbo Mav...either way, what a great era compared to the "Sporty Rhino"

Most everybody is saying the red one is a fake and that it is just a reverse image of the blue one with some photoshop work. I think it's a fake too. The steering wheel is on the wrong side and everything in the background is the exact opposite of the first pic. Red and white would be cool though. That was the first color scheme when they started building bikes in the 50's I think. Then their race bikes were yellow and black.

But I doubt it's going to be their flagship car that everyone is hoping for, the only reason I say that is because Yamaha promised a new model every year for the next 5 years and tomorrow will be model number 3..

I have always been a Yamaha person and still have a Rhino with about 8,000 miles on it and NO problems. I would like to see Yamaha come out with something good and I would get another one but think I will wait a couple of years and see what they do.

The Rhino was a awesome machine, my only complaint was lack of power.

But I address that issue back in 08 with a 1004 cc turbo Rotax motor that made over 180 hp

That right there is a story in itself that ultimately almost netted me a good sized ticket in Winchester Bay😁😁😁 And you reported to me it was 186 hp.
