Stuck in Reno

Up here in Reno for my Grandsons first b-day and the truck breaks down Sat. night. Had to have it towed to the dealer. Hopefully will find out what's wrong by noon today. Brand new motor with 4,000 miles on it and it wouldn't start. Grrrrr

Not bad, we have the daughters car to get around while she works. We are at Grand Sierra Resort RV Park so we have food and gaming if we want.

GS that is the place we like to stay and the wife likes the machines
I head to Cabell's and Scheels would be less of a hit on the pocket if I stayed with her and played:p

Made it home. Fuel filter housing failed.

What happened to your last motor Bill? This the duramax?

Tim, I had a oil pump fail and it fried the Duramax. Out of warranty but Chevy stepped up and covered 90% of the cost. There was only 55,000 miles on the truck. Now I have a new motor and a 100,000 mile warranty.

Must have put a polaris oil pump in it for it to go out so soon...lol

Leo, I was on the beach at Pismo. No casinos there. I made quite a few trips from home to Grover Beach until the truck was fixed. Good thing I could use my buddies truck to tow my trailer home. But had to go right back to get his trailer. A very long weekend.

Truck is back at the dealer with the same issue. Hope it's ready by Wed. night. Leaving for Pismo (family reunion, no RZR) on Thursday. Then to Solvang after that.
