Wait, so CBHA challenged a _Closure Order_ "which eliminated cross-country vehicle travel". Why would they do this if they are against motorized recreation?
Also, "the Court stated that a decision striking down that order would reinstate an earlier management scheme which would have allowed much more motorized access".
