Is everyone street legal in Utah? I was planning on getting street legal in Arizona eventually but I'm wondering if maybe I should get that done before going to Bar 10. I'm not even 100% sure Utah accepts Arizona street registration? I would like to drive drive around the streets of Mesquite. What are people doing if they are not street legal?

From my understanding, you need to be licensed in AZ.
Our friends that go all the time to Bar 10 is only licensed in AZ.

I have the tracks from the RV site to Bar 10 for ride command . Also have some tracks around bar 10. These are from someone that has been there and done the same thing we are planning on doing .

According to B10

-Power goes out at 10pm however there are generators to run the outlets in the rooms (I don't know about the covered wagons) that work at night to charge phones and use a C-Pap
-They supply all bedding with clean linens and towels and they have amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner.
-There is a little store that sells Ice, sodas and snacks. If it is closed just find an employee.
- They do not sell any alcohol however feel free to bring your own.
-She didn't say this but we are bringing some cash to tip the staff and servers.

From what I understand we won't be there long enough to go to the Toroweep Overlook. Mapping it out it would be basically be a day ride from Bar 10 .

To go to tuweep you need to be licensing AZ and get a permit well in advance.
Since several are not licensed in AZ, it's not worth the ticket from the tribal council.

Montana seems to be the only place you can register online, but it is a process. I should have registered in Idaho when I was there last. I drove all over the streets of Idaho and never got hassled. Lol its only 29 miles away. I still might take a run over there one evening.
