Pretty much the same thing you would use for a boat.
Multi purpose ABC type.

I have two of these Axia mounts on my rzr. They are the fastest mount I have ever seen.
They fit the factory cage or aftermarket
Those are nice looking mounts but I didn't want to spend what they wanted for them.

These are what we use. They have a very large high visibility pull handle that is easy to find when you need it. I should have raw ones ready to go tonight or tomorrow. We will have satin black powder coated ones ready to go in the next week.
They are
$45 raw shipped
$53 powder coated

We stock and sell a ton of the billet DragonFire Racing and the Joe's Racing. Both are rock solid and no rattles. Then the tough choice is chrome or red on the extinguisher! :-)

How does tis mount and how does it hold the extinguisher??

Mounting can be done by welding, bolting, or using hose clamps. It holds the fire extinguisher by using hose clamps.
We also have a video on our Facebook page that shows it a little better.
