For those of you that have replaced your stock fuel pump what did you replace with OEM or aftermarket. Mine took a shit and it’s 400.00 for Polaris pump.

I read on RZR forum that there was a rebuild kit available, I think it was around 70 bucks, most people having problems find it was one of the o-rings on the pump, they were getting low pressure to the fuel rail, I don’t know how to do it, but there’s probably YouTube videos on how to check fuel pressure.
Do you have extended warranty? Wouldn’t it be covered?

Jed told me to turn the key on and build pressure turn off and pull the fuel line at the tank to see if there’s any pressure.there was no fuel pressure.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkThere are aftermarket ones , the problem with Polaris is I think you have to purchase a complete fuel tank assembly !

I have one out of my 2015 900S that I thought was bad as the fuel gauge didn't read right.Turned out to be a wast of money as the replacement did cure it.
I would make someone a good deal on it as I don't need it.
If interested email me.
