Any idea why ??I'm thinking the intercooler that sits in the plenum are having a known problem for exploding and blowing aluminum metal and antifreeze into the engine

So after looking at how much dirt was in the engine I went back and started looking at the air Box in all the intake plumbing and found this broken sensor that had peeled away from the plastic intake tube...
