Most of us carry extra gas just in case..

I don't remember anyone having to fill up except for quads..
Just make sure you are topped off before we leave..

As long as you fill it up before we leave you'll have no problem , your 1000 should go at least 125 miles on a tank out fuel trail riding !!

The camping area is nice and big, (far enough in to not get the noise of the staging area, but only 5 minutes from the pavement) and every riding option (trails, rock crawling in El Dorado Canyon, faster desert roads, and even a short stretch of sand!) in a 65 mile loop.

I think someone already has the upper campground reserved , not sure but it is the only area that you can reserve from what I have been told by the BLM !!
