I have the rugged 60W radio with the standard channels programmed into it. I see that you can add channels but not name them. Is there a way to be able to add channels and have the channel names display when in the channel name mode? Would I be able to send the radio to you and have you program more channels into the radio? Specifically, I am looking to add a couple of the channels used on the rubicon. Thanks.

Currently there is no way to see the frequency associated with an Alpha Tag, unless you carry around a physical cheat sheet with you. You can always send in your radios to get them programmed by using the return form (https://www.ruggedradios.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=3) on our website and filling in which frequencies you want for custom channels in the blank space. We have our 2018 event calendar (https://www.ruggedradios.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=216) on our website as well in case you'd rather stop by at an event near you and get them programmed.
