I am going to order new rollers for my secondary very soon. I was wondering if anyone in the Redding area had a secondary spring compression tool for a RZR. It's a 1000 if that makes a difference. It would be cool if I could borrow instead of either buying one or making my own. Thanks....Neil

We changed out my brothers clutch and did his rollers and springs in the secondary out at Sand mountain over Halloween. Just had someone stand on the helix take 2 screws out then move your foot stand again to remove the other 2. Worked fine for us. Just an idea if you can’t find the tool

I watched , didn't seem very hard to do !!
if you go to your local hardware store and pick up a 12" piece of 1/2" threaded stock some nuts and big washers slap it in a vise wouldn't it do the same thing? thats what I use on my STM and that tool looks the same....

There needs to be a gap in between where it's compressed so you can get to a snap ring to remove it. I think I am going to just make this. It looks really simple. Thanks for the suggestions https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171109/30c6207550d858ca5cd42e35ba56da6b.jpg

I've got one. Located about 25 minutes north of Sacramento if you run into trouble.

My homemade tool worked great. It took about about 2 hours from pulling it out of the toy hauler to finishing up. New rollers and everything as clean as new. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171124/66a8c97ab34dca58feb4fb696d07af5d.jpg
