Sturgis is an hour from Mt Rushmore. Custer National Monument is also in the immediate vicinity, and I've seen pictures of fantastic riding (scenery-wise) in the Black Hills. We would definitely be in for a fall trip to include South Dakota and Colorado.

They don't have the 2018 calendar updated yet. I checked a few days ago.

You know me- big organized events like this aren't really my thing. But the photos of riding in the Black Hills look spectacular! Plus, Mt Rushmore is on my bucket list, and it's only about an hour away (as is Custer National Monument). And then I have family in Colorado I could visit just before or after.

on review of there flyer it sounds like all of the trails are 62" and under??? I'm sure there are plenty of county roads to ride on. Anyone have any info on how this event was?

I have seen the adds for Sturgis but have been told most of the trails are for narrow vehicles . Does anyone know first hand ?This fella was kind enough to send me about 17 different maps and the index for them. I forwarded them to my laptop to check out...the phone just doesn't get it when viewing intense mapping!...lol...but I did see on one, some different legends for widths I believe.
