Find a local high school kid with some mechanical interest and/or aptitude. Pay him/her minimum wage to learn, and start teaching him/her everything. In a year or so you may have a little more free time!

From what I learned form having a shop for 30 years it is very hard to find people that do what you want the way you want it !!
