Yes, it's very nice, went muffing today and it's so nice to keep all of my stuff clean and dry. I like how it tapers down in the back so I can see under the spare tire to back up.. Good call Ed

Russell (washrepair) was the first one I know to get one !! I like the way it tapers to get the max room !! I assume the strips in the front are to hold a spare belt !!

Thanks Ben, I'm really happy with the box. When I took it out of the box that it came in, it looked too big to fit. It installs in minutes and is very sturdy and light.

Jeff, did you see that they make a spare tire mount that goes right on top of the lid of the box? I think it comes with heavier struts and it just lifts up with the lid. They are a great company to deal with. I was one of the first ones to buy their lower doors. I recommend them to everybody that asks. In fact, they make a harness bar specifically for the polaris 6 point belts in the 4 seater. But it was about $450 and I wanted to make my own. I asked them about selling me just the mounting tabs for the retractors. They are going to make me 4 tabs and ship them to me. I didn't know if they would be willing to do it because they could have just said, buy our harness bar instead. Great guys.

Got the intrusion bars installed today. Pulling the cage this week grind off all excess tabs, finish running the fish wire through it and off the powder coater.

I had my shocks serviced too and found out the Nitrogen bleeds down. All 4 shocks were around 60-65psi. Should be 120psi.

Neil, I was looking at Russell's today and that's how he has his setup, sweet setup, I like it. Makes it a lot easier to get into the box and cuts down on the excess weight that the spare tire mount adds. When I bought my box, I was concerned about the excess weight on the box, but after I got the box, I could see how solidly it was built. I'm going to put on an aftermarket cage soon and I'm going to change it then

Went to Pismo. Also installed a spare tire rack, tire and Pro Armor quickshot accessory rack with shovel, jack, flashlight and fire extinguisher.

Added spare tire and RotoPax rollbar mount. Did a loading check in the toy hauler...it still fits with the added height of the Bandit shocks. :cool:

Ordered my TMW roll cage. I'm going to have a lot of stuff that fits a stock roll cage, for sale. Aluminum roof, rear bumper SXS stereo system, spare tire rack windshield and stock roll cage lowered 2" in the back.

No, they make a mount for the isota cargo box for the tire to mount to it. That's what washrepair has on his and it's a pretty clean setup.

Got the cage in and all wired. Alba stage III tune in. Rugged radios in. Factory UTV skids are done. Only hiccup are vendors keep messing up on the winch mount. :mad: Now just have to get the shocks sent off to Zbroz Racing and decide on seats maybe.

Yeah mike, cuts down on the weight and what weight there is, is lower. Better rear visibility. In a couple of weeks, I'll be getting the new roll cage, so the stereo has to go too, SXS Audio, I'll be selling. I'll make a good deal with someone. It will look a lot different very soon.

When you get the kit, it doesn't look like much for 190 bucks, but you get the heavy duty springs for the lid and reinforced mount. It's pretty solid. I saw them on their site and wasn't impressed until I saw the one on Russell's car.

Take them apart , clean good and use marine grease on them !!

That would have been an all day chore. I took mine straight to the car wash when I left the staging area. It comes off a lot easier when it's fresh. Had Rhonda spray me off too. She had the tarp and had no mud on her.

Mines clean I could wash it again I sat down with a puddy knife and scraped a 5 gallon bucket full first and a full tank of gas in washer we're gonna drain the lake getting the mud off

I have heard really good things about them. They are supposed to be pretty tough and they are an 8 ply tire. I guess a bunch of guys used them at koh this year.

My Kanati Mongrel are 28" and measure at 28", the stock Bighorns only measured 26.5", but say 28".

I was only going by what Russell (washrepair) was telling me last weekend on the ride !! I guess it all depends on what air pressure you run !! Even the Bighorns measure out to the size they are with 30lbs of air !! LOL

I would have to go with this because I have friends with the same tires and we all measure different because we run different pressures .

No. Probably around 10 lbs but I don't know for sure yet. I will have to use them some and see what I like. 15 lbs is just how they were shipped to me.

Thanks Mike. I usually ran my bighorns at 10 psi. It makes sense that I will end up running less with these tires since they have a thicker sidewall.

Mount for your hand held radio with a case.
$0.59 pipe clamp from the electrical department and the rest I had laying around. 1 1/4" clamp line it with some rubber, a peace of flat steal, self drilling screws, nuts and bolts and a little time.

I forgot 1peace i used a u-bolt flat bar thru the belt loop for the top mount. The bottom is self drilling screw with a flat washer in the d-rings at the bottom. If your garage looks like mine you should have most of the parts.

LOL!! Never have had any problem keeping up when I'm by myself. Usually ride to aggressive, of course this is in the Dunes mainly. Just have to take it down a few notches when I have the wife following me. :-)

I finally got my tablet and all the stuff I needed to install it. I used a Samsung Galaxy tab 4 and a Griffin survivor case. I bought a slip grip mount that is designed to bolt to a flat surface and is molded for the tablet with the case to snap into. I mounted the slip grip mount to the swing down door. If I don't like that, I may take off the door and inset the tablet more. I wanted to keep access to the little cubby home though. Just got the engine back in my rzr 900xp. Went through 2 quarts of oil at the Shasta ride - combination of dust getting through the air filters and excessive valve guide wear. Installed a bigbore kit, Carrillo rods and valve job. Broke it in today, so its ready for rubicon next weekend.

Definitely a game changer. Can't say anything bad. Really helps in the cornering and down hill dune corner dives. Sandfreak will hopefully give his review when he gets back from St. Anthony.

Watched a lot of how to videos and used this application solution called fast tac.. Spray down the spot and the back of the decal and it goes on perfect every time... It was just a very involved process

order my Power Steering and RZR 900 Conversion Kit with 3" Lift Kit should have the power steering tommorow and conversion kit around july 10 I hope cuz of back orders
Went to Florence with the 900 and came back with a new 1000 4 seater, got the grafics stripped and steering wheel in now just have to install the seats radios and lights

Thanks! Not a lot to choose from out there when it comes to a smaller profile one with winch mount. HMF seems to work. Now I just got to get around to installing the winch! :)

My only issue with this kit is why didn't my dumb self do do it sooner...... Man the ride is night and day different and with the front sway bar we get zero of that unwanted body roll that both my XDS and RZR XP1K have.

How did the reflash work out? I am on the fence on doing this reflash with Alex or going with Mr Rpm... What stage did you do? I would like the stage 3 but not ready to plunk down the coin for new mufflers all at once. I also very curious on the sway bar kit it looks like a must have. By the time I finish adding mods, it will be time for a new one...

Yeah I didn't have the cash for stage 3 either, I went with stage 2 stock exhaust.
It runs much better with the reflash, I did it mostly for all upgrades it bring, and gets rid of stupid safety things the factory puts it there, turn around time not to bad , about a week, if you do it there's a video on YouTube that shows you how to remove ECU , it's not hard, but help to watch video.

That's why I started replacing my trailer tires every 2 to 3 years to try to avoid that. It doesn't take long in the California sun for them to go bad and start flying apart on a hot day. Tires used to last a lot longer than the cheap crap we get today

bought all new goodyears should be ok for a year or two and I started covering them like the RV
I had 8 tires go bad on my toy hauler , now that I have replace them all with Goodyear G614's I drive stress free !!

I've used Optimas since the mid 1990s and they were the best gel battery...would hold up like new for 10 years.....but since mid 2000, they drastically dropped in quality performance...even had to have 2 of them adjusted within a year because of a dropped cell. I quit using them in about 2010 because of the poor quality.

Lol definitely not enough time. My problem is we go to the Rocks, Sand, or Dirt almost every weekend. We're going to take the Jeep out for a few trips after Coos Bay. That will give me a few weeks to tear it down and get everything else done[emoji1360].
