Must be other than grease if that defect is showing up this soon in my opinion. Suspension/steering geometry gets more critical with larger tires and rotating mass.

Nope, nothing but lack of grease. Vendor supplying Steering Racks had a assembly malfunction and inadequate amounts of grease were applied during production. All units that are on the showroom just get opened up and more grease is added. Units drove will get new steering racks. Sure glad it was not Canned Ham that screwed this up, it was the supplying vendor. LOL!! would never hear the end of it from EPL!! Of course he will say it's the same difference.... :)
